Pressure/Soft Washing & Surface Cleaning Prices Vary - 2 men w exterior cleaning trailer ($150 minimum) *Roof Soft Washing Starting at $300 Lawn Care Services Vary but Start & Go Up/Down from $50 per service Stump Grinding Prices Vary ($175 minimum) $100hr Basic Labor Rate - 2 men, truck, trailer ($150 minimum) $150hr Demo Labor Rate - 2-3 men, truck, equipment ($225 minimum) *Dumpster/Dump Fee NOT Included $150hr Operator + Laborer Rate (with MT85 Bobcat rental purchase) $200-$350 MT85 Daily Price - grading, landscape, stump grinding, demo, ect. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is to be %100 transparent when engaging with new customers. Starting with getting an understanding of exactly what it is that you want done. Once the scope of the work is clear, we will follow up with a fair and written official quote. From this point, we move forward with putting our new customer on our schedule at a date of their choice and also available to us. The morning of the job a One Supreme representative will call to let you know we are on our way to your home. Upon arrival, the quote/service agreement document will then be presented and signed by the homeowner so One Supreme can then proceed with said service. Our service agreement simply states that both engaging parties agree upon the work being done, the price to do the work is agreed upon and that you, the homeowner, will pay the full amount agreed upon when the job is completed.
