Jerrod of this company showed up like clockwork, when he said he would, did an excellent job on the yard, he was finished very quickly, and the job was perfect. He was fair on the price, and explained everything. I am so happy to finally find a company that does what they say they will do, and was very professional. I have had some really bad experiences with these companies in the past. So I plan to stay with his company. Amazing! I recommend them.

Jarrod was incredibly punctual and true to his words. Our lawn was a hot mess and in need of a cut before it got too high and Jarrod was kind enough to pencil us in on his busy schedule. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is to be %100 transparent when engaging with new customers. Starting with getting an understanding of exactly what it is that you want done. Once the scope of the work is clear, we will follow up with a fair and written official quote. From this point, we move forward with putting our new customer on our schedule at a date of their choice and also available to us. The morning of the job a One Supreme representative will call to let you know we are on our way to your home. Upon arrival, the quote/service agreement document will then be presented and signed by the homeowner so One Supreme can then proceed with said service. Our service agreement simply states that both engaging parties agree upon the work being done, the price to do the work is agreed upon and that you, the homeowner, will pay the full amount agreed upon when the job is completed.
