- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer should know that FZ Remodeling & Construction provides free home estimates. We are open to making any promotional according to the job type. Also, we give discounts to seniors and veterans as well, according to the job type.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process starts by scheduling an appointment with the new customer to estimate the work area. The new customer will be able to call or email me to request information. No fee is charged for estimates. During the evaluation in the work area, we strive to provide as much information as possible regarding the work process.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all kinds of customers. Such as homeowners, management companies, seniors, and others more. We always have good experience of work with many types of customers.
