We were misled from the beginning of this project. A contract for service was signed on May 16th for a straight froward shower removal and re-installation. What should have been a week long project has turned into a four week nightmare. We failed our last inspection because the shower pan does not hold water. The inspection was done on Wednesday, June 12th. It is now Monday, June 17th and we have yet to hear from the plumbing company. The company has nothing but excuses and has not taken any responsibility for delays and/or miscommunications.
