Josh is amazing! Needed help with pest removal and time was of the essence, and he was able to come out next day and find the issue. Also responsive and punctual.
From the start, Josh was responsive, thorough, empathetic and professional. He made sure to provide videos when in the attic and all around the gutter system + transitions of the house so that I could truly see what needed to be done and then what work he had done.
His work is top notch and extremely well-priced. I’m confident that the critters will be eliminated quickly from my attic, and new ones no longer have a way in! Thanks, Josh!
I had an excellent experience with Josh during the assessment. He went above and beyond by not only identifying the issues but also removing rodents and walking me through his recommendations. He also pointed out problem areas where squirrels were entering the attic. While I ultimately couldn’t move forward with Josh for the final job due to budget constraints—despite his fair pricing—I was extremely impressed with Critter Cowboys and would highly recommend their services.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices for full exclusion vary between house to house , wood damage and structural damage cannot be quoted without an in person inspection . Critters can be tricky , but it’s always a good idea to have a professional on site and on the roof for an inspection .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial inspection , videos and picture proof , education and estimates to figure out what we can do to help !
