FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically like to price a flat rate for each job. I assess the work to be done and the give a price based on the work and parts needed. I feel this is more effective for the customer because if it takes me an extra hour to complete the work correctly the consumer is not getting charged an extra rate. It also propels me to complete the work at a good pace which is beneficial to the consumer and myself.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet the customer and assess the work to be done. I inquire about there needs and wants for the work and give them a real and effective quote to meet their needs. I explain what the work entails and break down the process and pricing of parts and labor.
