The US company became an INC 5000 company two years in a row. So I know what it takes to get a company going in the right direction; be it a small startup or a turnaround situation. I love seeing the success of the plan being followed through and adjusted as we meet the objectives we sat out. We don't do big strategic plans that cover 5 years and sit on the shelf - we do small bite sized Quarterly Action Plans that become our road map to success.

I worked with Phil in two areas of our business. One being our installation of a brand new ERP system. Phil's experience helped us tremendously in the months of preparation leading up to our installation. Giving valuable insight in setting up a timeline for the project as well as noting potential problem areas that could come. The other area where I received valuable help from Phil was at the CEO level working on a business planning matrix. Phil was a tremendous help to me with his insight into developing an Operational plan for our organization. Phil is also very enjoyable to work with.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Initial consultation is $ 99 We will decide from there what the rate is based on determining where I can best help the client.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work via phone for an initial meeting. From this time together we have a discovery period to help determine what your needs are and where I can help. From this we determine what the costs will be. Sometimes it is a flat fee, most of the time it is an hourly fee.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an MBA and an Engineering degree. I am a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and I am working toward the Black belt so that keeps me very busy in the learning area. I also hold licenses as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Engineer (PE) and a Certified Manufacturing Engineer. These require continuing education to keep up the certifications and all these are current.
