Introduction: I pay special attention to detail and you come home to a sparkling clean home every time not just at the beginning. My hourly rate is $40.00 or I can come by and give a free in-home estimate for flat rate job. I put $40 down due to not a space to put the hourly rate. If the Refrigerator and Oven inside take 1 hour each to clean then that would be the flat rate. It is hard to quote firm price till I get some more information and see the condition of the house to know how much attention it will need. Each house is so different. You said Move out then wanted bi-weekly so not sure on that either. Can you contact me to get some more information so I can calculate the timeframe on the job please and specifics on what you would like done? I am very responsible, trustworthy, honest, reliable and take great pride in my company and work. I do the job right the first time and continue to do the job the same way over the years. I will always show up for your appointment on that specific day. If it hard to find good work and workers now a days but you can count on me and won't be disappointed. Just try me out and see what you think. You have nothing to lose. I am the best housekeeper in Georgia. Most other companies don't care about their work they just want their paycheck. I strive to make my customers happy in return that makes me happy also. What I like most about my job is knowing when that customer gets home they will have a smile on their face. Knowing that they will come home to a sparkling clean home makes me happy and the customer also.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a complicated pricing system. As I said before I would come out and give an estimate due to each home is so different. The price varies on each home to fit your needs and budget. The Deep cleaning appointment will be more due to it normally takes 3 times longer to clean and then you would get on a regular scheduled maintenance appointment which would be lower fee. I accept checks, cash and all major credit cards. A lot of customers like to do on-line billing with the bank.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will obtain information on the phone to see what your cleaning needs are. Then I can come out to meet you and do a quick 10-15 minute free in-home estimate so there are no surprises on your end or my end. I use to have a set format on what I cleaned at every house but now each individual needs are so different depending on budget, health and various other reasons. But I try to work with each customer to make them happy where they can come home to a sparkling clean home after a hard day at work so they don't have to worry about it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I keep up on the lastest developments in housecleaning. I subscribe to various groups and organizations to learn about new products and ideas in my field. When they have any seminars or activities regarding cleaning downtown I try to always attend them and go to their booths and talk with them and get samples to try out.
