- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a complicated pricing system. As I said before I would come out and give an estimate due to each home is so different. The price varies on each home to fit your needs and budget. The Deep cleaning appointment will be more due to it normally takes 3 times longer to clean and then you would get on a regular scheduled maintenance appointment which would be lower fee. I accept checks, cash and all major credit cards. A lot of customers like to do on-line billing with the bank.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will obtain information on the phone to see what your cleaning needs are. Then I can come out to meet you and do a quick 10-15 minute free in-home estimate so there are no surprises on your end or my end. I use to have a set format on what I cleaned at every house but now each individual needs are so different depending on budget, health and various other reasons. But I try to work with each customer to make them happy where they can come home to a sparkling clean home after a hard day at work so they don't have to worry about it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I keep up on the lastest developments in housecleaning. I subscribe to various groups and organizations to learn about new products and ideas in my field. When they have any seminars or activities regarding cleaning downtown I try to always attend them and go to their booths and talk with them and get samples to try out.
