- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You will get a fair price with professional results. Customers should understand that you will get what you pay for. We strive to spend time doing the job right, or not doing it at all. Prices shown are pre-discounted. Pricing for Carpet Cleaning includes: 1. Cleaning Inspection 2. Identify type of Carpet Fibers 3. Pre-Vacuum Carpeted Areas 4. Pre-Treat Spots and Stains 5. Pre-Spray carpeted areas 6. Pre-Agitate carpet 7. Hot Water Steam Extraction 8. Professional residue free rinse to prevent resoling of your carpet. 9. Post Spot remaining stains 10. Carpet Grooming 11. Speed Dry 12. Post Inspection We do not charge for cleaning agents.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process consist of: 1. Addressing any questions you may have in regard to your project. 2. Finding the best date and time that works best with your schedule. 3. Receive your contact information to book your appointment in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. 4. We send a message to you when we are on our way to your home. 5. After arriving and introducing ourselves we begin the cleaning inspection with you. 6. Estimate is confirmed with you before project starts. 7. Cleaning process begins. 8. After completion of project we accept full payment of project. 9. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an invoice and a link to be able to write a review. 10. We make sure we have cleaned up behind ourselves and gathered our belonging before leaving.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have attained the IICRC carpet cleaning certification. The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification, more commonly known as the IICRC, is a certification and standard-setting non-profit organization for the inspection, cleaning, and restoration industries. IICRC certification card available upon request before performing any work.
