Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the “deep cleaning” I was promised. I paid $90 for a deep cleaning and cleaning services whether it’s a standard or deep cleaning they always make the bed and also clean the counters. None of that was done. I asked for an oven cleaning and as you can see the oven was not cleaned. I asked for my rugs to be vacuumed and that was not done also. There is dog hair all over the rug still. I also thought my floors would be swept, but clearly I was mistaken. My bathtub was also not cleaned. I expected the bath tub walls to be cleaned as well and there were not. Things look like the way I left them. I will not be getting service from them again.

We do apologize for the inconvenience. We are willing to use a different cleaning product to cut the grease caped on the oven and the small corner of the cabinet at no additional charge to you. We did make an extreme effort to remove all the grease. Unless you request, our company doesn’t include making beds in our deep cleaning. It’s an add on service. We take pride in our quality of work and stand on satisfying all our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will be honored to fix anything at no additional cost to you. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $35 per hour with a minimum of 2 billable hours. Add-on services are an additional billable hour for each service. Recurring customers receive 5%-15% discount and there is a $35 cancellation fee.

20 years ago I (Kindra) started helping friends and family with commercial and residential cleaning for their business in a small town in Ohio.
