Purchased a Mac 17 days ago and while at my desk today the screen display became unusable. When returning it I was told of their repair or replace policy. I was informed at checkout of this policy however based upon reviews trusted the product. I cannot imagine not offering a full refund if the product sold, broke a little more then 2 weeks of purchase!! I purchased this computer to build and operate a buisness. I live an hour away and cannot afford to not have this computer not functiioning properly as I paid for. I also simply cannot have this omputer in for repair driving back and forth to Acworth. Lesson learned I will never again buy used. I will contact the owner tomorrow and hope he does the right thing. The reviews here are mostly for repairs which I am sure they are great however be warned if you purchase a computer my experience is that it will need teapots immediately.
