Michael is very knowledgeable and dedicated. He has fixed my computer several times, and has always done an excellent job. He is the only person I trust to get it right. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fair and affordable. I do not charge by the hour, I charge by the job. I work out of my home to save overhead costs to pass onto my customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Determine their needs, if the job will be on-site or remote, and setting up a time to perform the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self taught, and have been working on computers for over 25 years. I have a BS in Cybersecurity, and have certifications in Networking, Repair, Security, Encryption, and many others. I have managed IT teams in 12 countries and over 1500 employees.
