Charlie recently added a new pool deck and fixed my existing deck I can't tell you how amazing they look. His work and attention to detail is way above the contractors that I have had do work in my home it does not compare. Ask for Charlie if you are having work done you will not be disappointed and he can do everything his knowledge of all issues you may have in your home.

2hires owner Kieth is very polite, responsive and understanding. His goal is to make sure the job is done right and to the customers satisfaction.

I did have some installation issue with getting my single door to a double door installed. The Workman ship was rushed and the initial install was done poorly. With that said Keith assured me he will make it right. This caused a significant delay in completion.

Keith sent a new set of installers to correct the installation, as well as the staining. This process was a pleasure the installers took their time and resolved the issues.

I also hand the staining done by Greg’s Pro Painting who was sent by Keith. Keith and his crew did a great job with staining the mahogany doors. To the point where I hired him to repaint my garage door.

At the end of it all the doors are installed and I am satisfied.

It took two years to find a contractor who could replace the molding on our glass front door. Other contractors would tell me it couldn't be replaced, because distributors don't carry the molding anymore. Our front door is 14 years old, but it's beautiful other than the molding, which was falling apart. Then I called 2HIREaHandyman, and Keith made new molding for the front door. He was also able to attach it to the inside molding - that's the way it was originally made.Well, the molding that Keith made was much nicer than the original molding! We are so happy with the way our front door looks. Keith was also prompt about repairing it, too.We also had them paint all of the trim on the house, and many other jobs. Everything looks fantastic. The next project on our list is to have them build us a new deck.Great company!!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call and we'll take your info into Google, answer your questions and schedule your free estimate or schedule the job if you're ready. Google calendar will automatically send you an appointment confirmation. We'll call you while in route for our appointment. Upon arrival we'll shoot videos of the work being requested. Note: The videos don't have to be uploaded, downloaded or anything. Our crews and staff get them instantly on their mobile phones. They see exactly what I saw on the walk through. We'll instantly quote your job and both text and email you the bid from our app. If acceptable we can schedule the job immediately and convert your bid to an invoice that also texts and emails to you in an instant. The calendar again emails the confirmation and the crews upon arrival for your job again shoot videos of their progress both at the beginning and end of their day. Date and time stamped we know both what they accomplished and when. Our app can also take your payments. Did I mention that we have financing if you need it?
