FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We always continue to educate ourselves. Since the birth of our company, we have been certified as Designer Shingle Experts, as well as hold the Shingle Technology certification. Both certifications have come from two of the largest shingle manufacturers across the country, and we will continue to achieve these types of certifications to give our customers a sense of relief that they have chosen the right contractor.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We specialize in roofing because this is where a lot of homeowners get the short end of the stick. Contractors have received a bad name for taking advantage of unsuspecting people. Homeowners come to us because they have a problem that they cannot complete on their own, and we are always there to help. The roof is the single most important aspect of a home and when it gets damaged it can be a tough, scary, and expensive necessary repair to make. We are here to hold their hands, painlessly walk them through the process, and keep as much cash in their pockets as possible. With insurance claims, the insurance company takes care of the damage, the homeowner shouldn't.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do not always base your decision solely on price. A low price can mean shoddy materials or quality. Don't be afraid to ask your contractor what is included in their pricing. Is the contractor insured? Don't be surprised that a good, reliable, honest contractor may have a slightly higher price to cover their insured costs.
