The owner, Victor, was very responsive and arrived within a couple hours. Diagnosed the issue as a damaged motor and explained my options. The old garage door opener needed to be replaced. He had all the equipment and parts on his truck. He replaced with new model and lubricated and checked all the parts of the garage door opener. I did not compare with other estimates. I don't think I would have saved much and he was quick and efficient. I am satisfied with the finished product which is under warranty.
