Dan was a great find. We received quotes for a single project we had which was doing my hardwood floors and the mark ups were just something we weren't ready to tackle and with how he works we were able to do a couple different projects for half the price. Will be calling him again when I need a handyman.

As a homeowner and real estate investor for the past 6 years spanning 8 investment properties, Dan has been the handyman experience I’ve had to date. 2 words… hire him From the moment he came into the house, he was very willing to share his thought process with me, and was very professional. In the end, he found the source of the leak was the toilet, he fixed the toilet, then tested that there was no leak, and in the same day patched the holes to the ceiling, including adding texture to it. I guarantee, there is no better high quality, nor value that others can provide.

I can’t began to say how much I appreciate finding Dan. His work is perfection. I was apprehensive because of the hourly pay, worry not, he use his time very well and worth it! He has done so many projects for me. This young man is so talented and he respects your property. From light fixtures / plumbing to rehanging a door. .
