EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! Chandler was quick to respond to my inquiry, on-site two days later, had the machine repaired and returned within a week, and charge what, I felt was a reasonable fee. Chandler is knowledgeable and repaired my mower when the store from which I purchased it failed to repair the problem yet charged me $275 for nothing! I HIGHLY recommend Chandler for his responsiveness, dedication, communication, knowledge and professionalism.
