- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
*CAUTION* Be careful when choosing a provider based on price alone or you'll end up paying for it in the end. We've had to come out and correct other provider's work. When choosing your handyman, not only should you compare rates, but read reviews from past customers and make an informed decision. ***Luckily, we offer some of the best rates and we don't skimp on quality!***
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive the order, we will answer your requests within few minutes (depending on the time.) Once we receive your confirmation on the quote and the availability, we will arrive at your location in the agreed timeframe. You’ll love your experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians have standard background checks; they are professional, skilled, efficient, and respectful. They wear masks, gloves, and shoe covers, and they have been briefed to keep their physical distance in accordance with Covid-19 protocols.
