James did a fantastic job with installing my bathroom fixtures and curtains. He came out on short notice, stayed until work was fully completed, and even found a leak I didn't know I had and stayed later to fix it. 100% recommend- I have already rehired him to build my deck. Do yourself a favor and definitely hire him.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a two hour minimum.At today's cost of living I can't leave the house for just one hour of work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
depends on the job if it's a larger job that needs to be estimated then I do so. if it's a smaller job that does not require an estimate then I come and do the work. either way I tried to keep the customer informed from start to finish.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have done this type of work since I was a 15 year old boy. some things I've done more than others but take a lot of pride in my work.
