Jesse was a pleasure to work with. We walked through the line items together, and any additional work needed after inspection was made clear before starting (cost, time, resources). Jesse and his team were polite, addressed any concerns, and cleaned up after their work. We’ll be calling on Kell Trades in the future!

They fixed my porch and it looks better than the original ❤️ Reasonable and competitive prices. Easy to communicate with and good responsiveness. Very positive and personable. Hope to work with them more, because now I trust them. It’s hard to find a someone you trust and they proved themselves with my projects. Also fixed sheet rock in my basement apartment and rotten wood around my dog door and back door. Looks fabulous! I received an itemized list of charges, which was a first. I highly recommend this company!!!

Kell & Joe did excellent work redoing a small job I had done by another company a month ago. Based on their approach to actually fixing the problem instead of just covering it up, their price may not be absolute cheapest, but you often do get what you pay for. They gave me a price, explained what they would do to fix the issues, came out as planned, did what they said, and the price was what we agreed upon. Very professional, solid work. And really nice guys, too. Would definitely hire again.

I am speechless! From beginning to end, Kell is the real deal! From the initial text to the finished project handshake, I couldn't be happier. Jesse and Joe came in and fixed a bad situation while proving they are more than a handyman service, they are great at what they do. In one day, they came in and redid a bad floor job, drywall and all the trim while also repairing where a wall once met the floor. It was the little things like caulking, putty on nail holes and making sure they cleaned up the whole way. Pics don't do it justice and I look forward to working with them again on other projects! Thank you all!

Jesse came over to remove a mantel for me and replace some shiplap. He was really easy to work with, did a great job and was reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend Kell Trades and will hire again for future projects.

We do not price by the hour but by the job. We have a minimum labor cost of $150.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you reach out, we will request photos of the items you need help with to try and help us give you the most accurate estimate possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jesse grew up helping his dad build houses. He has worked as welder here and in Japan. From there he worked for a company where he did maintenance for a restaurant chain taking care of everything inside and out. Then he worked for a local handyman company. He then decided to start his own handyman business so he could ensure every person got the best possible quality work and customer service.
