He came out the next day and went above and beyond in every way. He tracked down a leaking valve I couldn’t locate myself, replaced it, and checked the entire system while he was at it. He also spotted a broken nozzle on one of the heads and replaced that too. The valve box had completely broken apart and there were actually three valves in that area so he installed two new boxes to protect everything properly.
After all of that extra work, he still honored the estimate he gave me over the phone. He didn’t upcharge me a single dollar, even though I would have completely understood if he had.
Robert is knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cares about doing the job right. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs irrigation work done by someone they can truly trust.
