I had an excellent experience with Thomas and his appliance repair company. He arrived on time, clearly explained the issue, and completed the repair efficiently. They were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and customer-focused. They explained what they were doing, as well as why they were doing it. They did a great job repairing my shelf.
