- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, on SHAW.COM there are numerous classes to take both online and on location on their lines of materials. SHAW carries not only carpet but hardwood (both engineered and solid), laminate, and LVT. The flooring industry improves almost daily so we must keep up with the newest and latest in flooring.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our jobs range from hardwood, tile, luxury vinyl tile, carpet, laminate. Anything that goes on a floor or wall tile, we do. Commercial and Residential.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Honestly they need to make sure they are not hiring a fly by night company. There are so many individuals that will sell you the moon if they could but couldn't get you to it. The same with flooring. You have to make sure they company you hire know what they are doing. Some companies might be cheaper but cheaper is not always good. Will they take care of my walls and furniture? Will they clean up after themselves? Do they warranty and guarantee their work? Can I have that in writing? We do all of the above plus so much more. We Might not be the cheapest but we will guarantee you will be completely satisfied with our workmanship. Being a licensed and bonded company mean a lot these days. Ask to see the paperwork. You would not believe the amount of companies that say they are licensed and bonded but not. Pick Final Touch Flooring and you wont have to worry about flight by night!!
