We had a very positive experience working with this company for both water mitigation and flooring restoration. The entire project was handled efficiently and professionally.
What impressed us most was the contractor’s customer-focused approach. He listened to our concerns, considered things from our perspective, and always focused on finding solutions that best addressed our needs.
During our final inspection, we noticed that one closet had been left unfinished. As soon as we brought it to his attention, he responded promptly and returned the very next day to complete the installation. We really appreciated his responsiveness and commitment to making sure the job was completed properly.
We are very satisfied with the quality of the work and especially appreciate the professionalism, efficiency, and positive attitude of the entire crew. We would gladly recommend them to others needing water mitigation or flooring restoration services.

Pedro and his team were fantastic. We hired Great American Top Floors about 2 weeks ago (late on review) to install LVP flooring on two staircases, hallway/landing, living room, sun room, dining room and foyer. Their team was done in 3 days and the finished product looks amazing. But, like I explained to Pedro in the beginning, I don't really like working with contractors on my home- hard to find people who respect your space while getting the job done. They did a great job being as least intrusive as possible, while working consistently. Would definitely recommend this team.

Pedro and Evelin were an absolute dream to work with and their team did a great job. We bought a 1910s Craftsman in SW Atlanta in March and were advised by many people that we should get the very old heart-of-pine floors refinished before moving in. We were on a tight schedule and, after meeting with Pedro and Evelin, pulled the trigger immediately. They were very communicative throughout the process and made sure we were well-informed as the project developed.
They sanded and replaced a number of damaged boards and, in the process, discovered that we didn't have a subfloor (as is typical in this era of house) - they adapted their approach with installing new boards and made it work anyway! They also were able to modify the stain on the new boards so that you can't tell the difference between the new and old flooring.
The final product is stunning - refreshed but still true to the era and maintains the character of the old house.
Pedro went above and beyond in many ways - driving several hours to find heart-of-pine tongue-and-groove when his typical supplier was out in order to stick to the schedule he'd agreed to. He even came back after the floors had cured to move our wardrobe back to its place, which was a massive help!
We highly recommend this team and will absolutely use them for any future flooring needs.

I hired Pedro and his crew for my two story house at a very good price. They removed the particle board and wall-to-wall carpeting from the entire second floor. They installed plywood & Red Oak wood floor in three bedrooms and two sets of stairways. They then stained the wood with my preferred stain color, and applied a water-based finish. They worked carefully, protecting the walls & trim, and they finished the job in a week. Pedro was very professional, flexible, accommodating, reliable and quality minded. The floor and stairs look beautiful as shown n the photos.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a consultation to understand the customer’s needs and provide an estimate. Once approved, we sign a contract detailing all the agreed services, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the project.
