If I could give her 25 stars I would. With my having a chronic illness it made packing my house to move (in a short time frame) VERY hard. I am not able to do as much as I used to. Someone told me about Thumbtack and I found Your Personnelle on it and liked everything from the beginning. She got here right when she said she would and my jaw is still on the floor by how much she did in the 5hrs here. Everything she packed with care, labeled clearly, sealed, stacked & are ready to be moved to our new state. She was SOOO helpful, efficient and SO sweet. If I were staying here I would have her help me more often. Below are just 2 pictures of just SOME of what she did today. ANYONE that needs extra help, HIRE HER, you won’t be sorry. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate is $65 per hour with a 3-hour minimum. A $65 non refundable retainer is required to secure your appointment and is applied towards your final balance.
Rescheduled appointments may transfer the retainer. A $20 travel fee applies to locations more than 30 miles from my home base.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by discussing your needs, expectations, and goals. Once I understand how I can best assist you, I’ll coordinate the details, secure your booking, and provide personalized service with professionalism and attention to detail.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My work experience is primarily in retail. I’ve always been someone who enjoys helping others and naturally pays attention to the little things. I’m a neat, organized person, and I decided to turn some of those natural interests into a business where I can offer helpful services to others.
