- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies based on the size, scope, and complexity of each project. After reviewing your needs, I provide a customized proposal outlining all services and fees. Design-only services, full-service design, and procurement support are priced separately. There are no hidden fees, and all costs are clearly communicated before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Proposal – Review project scope, investment, and payment structure. 2. Agreement Signing – Approve and sign the project agreement. 3. Briefing – Discuss lifestyle, needs, goals, and design preferences. 4. Site Information – Review photos, measurements, and existing conditions. 5. Layout Planning – Develop space planning and furniture layout options. 6. Concept Design – Create the design direction, mood board, and color palette. 7. Design Phase – Select materials, finishes, fixtures, and furnishings. 8. Design Development – Prepare detailed drawings, elevations, and specifications. 9. Project Delivery – Deliver the complete design package and documentation. 10. Site Visits – Provide project support and site inspections as needed. 11. Procurement – Coordinate sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of selected items.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold an Associate Degree in Interior Design and have completed additional training in Ergonomics in Design, Lighting Design, and Design Management. These programs have strengthened my understanding of space planning, functionality, lighting solutions, and project coordination, allowing me to create beautiful and practical interiors.
