Very pleased with the work provided with repair and maintenance of our Rain Bird irrigation system. We have eleven zones and dozens of "heads" that needed adjustment or replacement.
Charles did an excellent job of refurbishing our irrigation system.
We will use Southern Stylez and Charles in the future.

The county added a sidewalk on main road at subdivision entrance and our irrigation system was totally ruined. Southern Stylez Stone & Water came out fixed it all in one day at a great price.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Reasonable and affordable
Up to a $500 discount on referring new customers.
In most cases we will do a discount if the estimate is approved within 72 hours.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the project, I will meet with them for the estimate and discuss all the pros and cons of said project. I always offer ideas that are cost effective and lasting.
After estimate is approved and the deposit clears you can expect us to be on site within 2 business days.
After work is complete I will do a walk through with the homeowner to make sure everything is just as i explained in the beginning. We pride ourselves on making sure the customer loves every detail.
