"I can't say enough great things about Heroes Lawn Care! Jaden and Kyle are truly exceptional. From the moment they arrived, their friendly demeanor made me feel at ease. They took the time to explain their services and answered all my questions with such knowledge and professionalism. I can’t say that I would not recommend Heros, because I never had the pleasure of receiving their services. But based on their ability to schedule and arrive for the job, I can’t recommend this business at all. I scheduled my services, multiple times and they would reach out to reschedule, which I accepted, just to be rescheduled again. Their other jobs took priority over mine. Finally they were scheduled to come on a Saturday and they were a no call/no show. I reached back out to them and I got no response. I wasted 2 weeks going back and forth with this business and I still don’t have a cut lawn. I was very flexible with the multiple reschedules, so I’m not sure why they strung me along. They should have told me that they couldn’t do it so that I could find someone else. Now my grass is even taller than it was 2 weeks ago and so I will have to pay even more. I am now at risk for fines from my subdivision as well. I’m not sure why they wasted my time. Don’t let them waste yours.

Called for a broken sprinkler head and got a same day appointment. The tech took care of my yard and made the repairs in less than 30 minutes replacing the broken sprinkler head in its entirety, can barely tell he had to dig it up. Top notch work
