- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My minimum for a visit to cut your yard is $50. While some yards may be small and take not much time at all. When we set up a yearly contract, that is where my discounts come into play during the cold season of the year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer calls me, i typically communicate with them when i can come by and give them a quote for services they want. I prefer them to be there in person so that there are no questions on what they expect and what i am charging for. That way all parties are at an understanding.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No education expect for working in my parents yard as a child.
