I had the pleasure of working with the owner Mr. Mark Baim. He came to my home to take care of a mold issue in a bathroom. Mark was on time and professional. Mark came out to our house to assess an area in our ceiling for mold, where a leak came through. He was very responsive, professional, and incredibly helpful. Free comprehensive inspection and evaluation for homeowners. Pricing will depend on the scope of work. We offer discounts to our military, veterans, senior citizens and first responders.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Genesis does the following: 1) Inspect homeowners area of concern 2) Document all findings 3) Educate homeowner on "The 4 W's" - What was found, Where was it located, Why is it there and What's the solution? 4) We then will leave the homeowner with pricing for all options discussed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Genesis is licensed and certified by OSHA in mold inspection, removal and remediation. We are also certified by BHA (Basement Health Association) formerly the National Association of Waterproofing & Structural Repair Contractors. Over 45 years in the industry.
