Buy Your Side catered our in-home Wedding reception via the Food Truck with chicken and shrimp skewers, salad and spiced rice. For such a simple menu, Chef Pam really packed a punch, and all of our guests were raving about how delicious it was!! 5 out of 5 for sure

I reached out to Buy Your Side Catering for my daughter’s baby sprinkler. Pam was responsive and personable every step of the way. We did catering and setup, the food was delicious, the experience exceeded our expectations, Pam’s personal demeanor and professionalism made a lasting impression on everyone in attendance. This was not only a catered event or baby sprinkle. Buy Your Side made it feel like a family affair for all. Chef Pam catered our backyard wedding and it could not have been better! She pulled her food truck up in front of the driveway and there was a line the entire time they were there. From the moment we had a tasting at her home, to the end of the night when she was packing up, Chef Pam was a delight, and her food was even better. 10/10 would recommend!
