We are so pleased with the quality of service provided by Keith Green and his associates. He responded quickly to our request for a quote on pressure cleaning and staining our large deck and screened porch. Keith provided a color chart for stain choices and informed us of the different qualities of stain/weather proofing. The job was finished on schedule and we're thrilled with the results. We've since hired him to pressure wash/stain our fence and he brought back to life our 15 year old fort/playhouse with a deep clean and opaque stain. It looks brand new and the products used are safe for our grandson. We've recommended Keith to friends and family and they are equally as pleased with his service, knowledge of products and professionalism. We felt his prices were very fair, he offered a higher quality product than other firms we had quote, he was responsive to our needs and time frame and left the job site clean and orderly.

I was very impressed with the job done by Ultra Clean Solutions. My deck had years of neglect and I wanted my deck cleaned and stained. Ultra Clean came out and removed all the mold and grime off my deck and then stained the deck. They did such a great job on my deck that I asked them to do the same for my back yard fence. My neighbors also had their decks done. I would recommend Ultra Clean to anyone. I am very happy with the work that was done and felt vey comfortable with their approach. Thanks

Outstanding indeed. Keith and Chase are present, intentional, and authentic individuals with such welcoming and comforting energy. Immediate response to the bid request, flexible scheduling to assess the project, wealth of experience and knowledge when evaluating the project, confident in advising course of action, and competitive estimate that values their work and instills confidence in us that the work will exceed excellence. Keith watched the weather forecast like a hawk and worked his own schedule around the rain to complete the project with the most optimal conditions. AND he went above and beyond with my requests: filled carpenter bee holes in the deck, front porch, and mailbox pole; rinsed our table and table cloth when washing the deck; trimmed back ivy to make sure they painted the deck all the way to the ground. Bottom line: excellent work, friendly and appropriate gentlemen, and a wealth of experience, knowledge, and humble confidence. I feel educated and empowered from having Keith and Chase work on our project.
