FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and transparent. We don’t believe in hidden fees or surprise charges. Every estimate we provide is detailed so homeowners know exactly what they’re paying for—materials, labor, warranties, and cleanup. We require no payment until the work is completed and the customer is fully satisfied. For larger projects, we also offer flexible payment options. Credit cards are accepted with a small processing fee, and financing plans are available to help spread out the cost when needed. As a Platinum Certified Atlas Contractor, we can also provide extended warranty coverage at no additional cost, which adds tremendous long-term value. And while we don’t typically discount our work, we do always offer a 10% discount for military families as our way of saying thank you for their service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple but thorough. 1. Initial Contact & Consultation – We start with a conversation to understand the customer’s needs—whether it’s a repair, full replacement, or just an inspection. 2. Full 360° Inspection – We perform a detailed inspection of the roof and attic if needed. This includes shingles, flashing, ventilation, and decking. We take photos and walk the homeowner through everything we find. 3. Clear Recommendations & Estimate – We provide honest feedback—sometimes it’s just a repair, other times a full replacement makes sense. Either way, we give a written estimate with options so the customer can make the best decision for their home and budget. 4. Scheduling & Preparation – Once approved, we set a date, order materials, and explain exactly what to expect on installation day. 5. Installation – Our same trusted crew handles every project. We protect landscaping, install the roofing system according to manufacturer specs, and maintain a clean, safe job site. 6. Final Walk-Through – After completion, we walk the homeowner around the home, review the work, answer any questions, and provide warranty information. No payment is collected until the customer is fully satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background in roofing comes from hands-on training in the field, working directly with seasoned crews to learn proper installation, repair techniques, and inspection standards. Beyond that, our team has completed manufacturer certification programs, and as an Atlas Platinum Certified Contractor, we’ve been trained on best practices, advanced roofing systems, and warranty compliance. We also stay current on Georgia building codes, safety training, and industry standards, so every roof we install not only looks great but also meets or exceeds code requirements. That combination of field experience and ongoing manufacturer training gives our customers confidence that their roof is installed the right way the first time.
