Giving a price on a roof isn't black and white. A lot goes into a price. Here are 10 components that affect cash pricing. 1. Use of Drip edge? 2. Using Ice and water shield? 3. Type of underlayment/felt paper? 4. True starter shingles? 5. Types of shingles? 6. What types of hip and ridge shingles? 7. Type of ventilation system? 8. What types of Vent pipes are used? 9. What's the material warranty? 10 What's the workmanship warranty? Pricing on insurance covered Roofing is much more complicated. As of August. Ga has made it illegal and considers it insurance fraud for a homeowner to not pay their deductible out of pocket. So asking for a roofing quote when the insurance is involved doesn't make sense. What you need to be looking for is a company that understands the insurance industry and can walk you thru that process. Focus on what makes a company great and use them. You get what you pay for.

I'll show about my company, provide references, Show products, show past projects. Answer questions. Then Show Price. When it's insurance work. the insurance sets the industry standard pricing, Not us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
SGR takings training very seriously. As a Preffered Contractor or Owens Corning we have access to the OC University. this is An amazing program that teaches us every single aspect of running and operating a roofing business. We also have regular OSHA safety classes we attend to make sure we abide by OSHA standards for safety. We have continued education thru the National Roofing Contractor Association of America. to make sure we stay up to date and install the best roof possible.
