What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a $75 minimum and it covers up to 36 inches in diameter anything after that is a 1. 25 inch .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will explain to them in detail on what I'm going to do for them and if they have underground utilities I will get it marked by 811 and then I will begin to do my work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over six year of experience in the field.
