- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Average home cleanings are very affordable and we offer discounts and sales several times during the year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We access the problem areas that the customer has contacted us about. We create a plan of action to repair the issues, and thoroughly discuss those repairs and options with the customer. We happily answer any questions concerning the job. Upon completion, we walk the job with the customer and insure complete satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our crew members go through rigorous training to enable them to complete all aspects of the work they are given.
