The tech was very communicative regarding scheduling and arrival, there was a delay but we were expecting that as we were around the last call of the day. They were there when they said they would be there, and the price was very competitive for the repair. We're very pleased with the service and our fridge is working perfectly now. Thanks!!

My JL Appliance representative was better than excellent. He quickly diagnosed the problem then went out and got the part and in no time flat he had it up and running. I asked him if him if for a little bit more he could help me with some unrelated items around the house and he agreed. So now not only does my Bissell shampooer work like a charm my towel racks and robe hanger are installed in my bathroom. He even started my rider mower for me on the way out (that pull cord is so difficult with a wounded hand and damaged hip). I can't thank him enough and I'm sure my neighbors are pleased now that the grass has been cut. He's worth 10 stars.
