Lifesong Photography specializes in stylized portrait sessions. Planning and brainstorming is a big part of what I do. Each photo shoot is individualized to reflect your personality and style. Choose between an on location shoot or one in our brand new studio. I supply the use of maternity gowns, newborn clothing and props at no extra charge. We are flexible, affordable and fun! I am passionate about photography and creating one of a kind portraits for each of my clients. I love planning and coming up with new idea. And the very best part is when the customer tells me how much they love their pictures.

Sharon was absolutely amazing. She was always easy to contact and sent many options and ideas when we were first deciding on what to do. She is also very helpful and flexible considering we are photographing a newborn. She was very patient when I had to nurse my baby during the photo shoot and arrived with so many props that catered to our shoot. Mrs Sharon was more than wonderful when we came to her for our winter family shoot, we are very very happy with the way our photos turned out. We chose to do the shoot at Berry College in Rome GA, which was recommended by her and an absolutely amazing setting for the style we wanted. She was kind, respectful, and very patient with our 4 and 7 year old girls. The weather wasn't nice to us, but Mrs Sharon made sure to keep us comfortable, and allowed us to warm up and take breaks and we are so pleased with the way the pictures turned out. And she's affordable! And worth every penny!

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are $75 -$100 an hour for shooting time. I include at no charge, pre-planning consultation, travel to the shoot location, props etc. Digital downloads are 50% off for Thumbtack customers ($5 per download). Prints and other items are also available at an additional charge
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is at least one pre shoot consultation either by phone or in studio to discuss style and ideas for the shoot this includes location, props, clothes etc. the client is welcome to email or text me photos similar to what they want. At the shoot I always take my time to get the best photos possible. I will email a sneak peek within the first few days. Each client will receive a private password protected gallery on my site. Turn around for editing is less than two weeks.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied art at Florida Atlantic University. I am a member of PPA (Professional Photographers of America) and Georgia professional Photographers, The Booth Photography Guild and the Acworth Art Alliance. I have worked doing the hospital new born pictures and also for LifeTouch doing school pictures. I have also taken multiple photography classes.
