FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a standard pricing system at this time. Due to the vast differences in cases, we cannot set a base price on each service. We will be posting pricing on firearms training along with a schedule very soon. All other pricing is done on a case to case basis. Please feel free to contact us for pricing questions. We do keep our fees fair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we will first speak to our clients by phone. However, in some cases, clients do not want to speak over the phone. In those cases, we will set up a time to meet. We always suggest meeting in a public place to be able to introduce ourselves. We ask that our clients have a folder with any and all pertinent information pertaining to their case inside. We ask that this be a folder with duplicate copies. The client needs to keep the original copies. We will want to take this folder with us so that we can have the information to help us find a place to start in your case. We will send you an email listing what we need. This list is based upon the case at hand as each case is different. We will travel to work with clients or to track certain individuals. These cases are handled individually and there are extra costs for handling cases such as these. All quotes given on here are a base quote. It is very difficult to give an exact quote without meeting or speaking with the client. After our initial meeting, we will work with the client on ways to communicate and discuss different ways to handle the case at hand.
