- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is custom-tailored to each project based on scope, creative direction, and deliverables. We operate on a transparent, project-based pricing model with no hidden fees. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. Additional charges may apply for rush delivery, extended coverage, or special production requests. Select discounts may be available for returning clients or larger-scale projects. Full pricing details are always discussed and confirmed prior to booking to ensure clarity and alignment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with an initial consultation to understand the client’s needs, vision, and project goals. Once the details are confirmed, we provide a tailored proposal and pricing outline. After approval, a deposit is required to secure the booking. We then move into the planning phase, including scheduling, creative direction, and preparation. On the day of the project, we execute the work with full attention to detail and quality. After completion, we carefully edit and deliver the final product within the agreed timeline. Clear communication is maintained throughout the entire process to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
