Cool Total Air Solutions was very professional and responsive to our request for duct cleaning. They arrived on time and performed a thorough cleaning keeping us informed along the way. I’d used their services again.

Fantastic Customer Service and professional work.
I recently had my air ducts cleaned and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish the customer service was fantastic. The gentleman Jamar who came out was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and took time to explain everything clearly. During my appointment, I learned that coopermasseyservices has rebranded and is now Cooper total air solutions. I wanted to make sure I left a review under the new name and showed my support.

Jamar is professional. He did a great job cleaning all the vents carefully. He even took care of the exterior dryer vent. He also found the AC unit filters that are not in obvious spots and taught me how to replace them.
