I wouldn’t recommend this company! I specifically requested and paid for an appraisal of “a property for probate.” When I received the assessment it noted that it was “not an appraisal it was a valuation.” When this was pointed out, he insisted that he delivered what I had paid for and if I wanted an appraisal it would cost an additional $450. I would not hire this company; it feels like a scam!

In this case, the property is a mobile home, which is why the report was correctly completed as an evaluation. A certified appraisal is a separate service with a different scope and cost.
