Introduction: I am a certified life coach. I attended The Ford Institute. If you are stuck in your story or your drama or feel like you are at a dead end in your life, I can guide you through structured sessions via phone. Life coaching via the phone provides anonymity, which in turn provides a safe space. Our coaching paradigm is to integrate wholeness, emotional education, and story and is a heart-based process. Inside of Breakthrough Shadow Coaching, we are everything. Each of us is an individual but also part of a whole, and the whole exists within every bit or part. We each contain within us all qualities, all emotions, all information and possibilities. Every incident, event or experience in our lives holds the seed of some valuable and important life lesson or wisdom. We learn to identify the full range of emotions within us, to understand how they developed and adopted the beliefs, judgments, ways of being and commitments that now control our lives. One of the most important limitations we break through in the Breakthrough Shadow Coaching process is our story. Each of us as human beings has a story about ourselves and our life that either empowers us or disempowers us, that opens us up to new possibilities or shuts us down. The process of transformation is a process of the heart, not the head. When we listen to our minds, our egos are in charge. As part of this heart-based process, we believe that the answers are within. The ultimate aim of Breakthrough Shadow Coaching: Everything we do is to make peace with ourselves and love ourselves more fully.
