The team at ProTech Athens is truly outstanding—I had a fantastic experience with them today. I had already purchased a mini split and was looking for someone to install it in my gazebo solarium. Several companies responded to my request, but ProTech stood out from the beginning. They came out the same day to provide a quote, which I really appreciated. Derek immediately gave me a sense of confidence with his knowledge and professionalism. Installing a mini split in a solarium isn’t exactly standard, but he approached the job with clear expertise and assurance. I also spoke with Bobby, who was just as impressive—both of them made me feel like I was in great hands. Although their estimate was higher than others I received (since I already had the unit and just needed installation), none of the other companies gave me the same level of trust and confidence that Derek and Bobby did. In the end, what mattered most to me was that the job was done right, securely, and in a way that looked good—not just the lowest price. I chose to go with ProTech Athens, and I’m so glad I did. The installation went perfectly—I’m sitting in my solarium right now, and it’s nice and cool! They even went above and beyond in ways I didn’t expect. They custom-built a mount for the indoor unit and painted it black to blend in with the interior. They neatly organized and encased the cords in black weatherproof padding, which also matches the space beautifully. The outdoor unit was mounted securely on a tidy, well-placed pad that keeps my curb appeal intact. I’m incredibly happy with the entire experience and thrilled with the final result.
