Excellent service and quality work!They came the same day I called to see the project. After our AC Split units delivered they started the project at the next day. They installed two powerful AC units — one upstairs and one downstairs — even though we already had central AC (which only cooled part of the house). They placed one condenser outside and explained that we could add two more units in the future and connect them to the same condenser. These two ACs now cool our entire home — almost 4,000 sq. ft.! I don’t even use the central AC anymore. The team worked an entire day and finished the job in just one day. The quality of their work is outstanding — they even cleaned everything up after they were done. Beautiful job, very professional, and the price was extremely reasonable. Highly recommended!

First impression was great, they came out and provided a fair estimate. When we tried to schedule the install though, they couldn’t get me scheduled when we needed it. The worst part to me was the lack of communication though. I suddenly couldn’t get a hold of anyone and didn’t receive any call backs or email responses. Quite disappointing to be honest. Now we got pushed back with our contractor and I need to start the entire process all over.

At that time, we were dealing with internal system issues and unexpected crew changes, which affected scheduling and communication more than it should have. We understand how frustrating that can be.
