- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have an hourly rate for customers that require an immediate fix on-site. That price changes with the amount of hours agreed upon. I can also take the equipment off-site and offer a flat repair rate. What ever the customer requires I can work a deal
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was raised next to a computer programmer in the 80's and grew up studying the ins and outs of the computer evolution. I had a gift with diagnosing and repairing computer issues. When I entered the IT corporate market i was a step ahead and had more resources to learn the more advanced technologies. It comes easy to me and I enjoy offering a advanced service for a reasonable price.
