This was a last minute request as we were nearing the end of our due diligence period. Brandon was able to fit us in! I love setting up quick phone conversations with my client to make sure that I would be a good fit for their project. An to make sure that I clearly communicate my intentions and services.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I did a Home Inspection for first time buyers who did not live in state nor had they seen any pictures of the property. Due to the crazy Real Estate market here in GA they put in a blind bid and relied on my report to make their decision. It took me 3hrs and I inspected every inch of that home. My report helped them make one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
