It has been a pleasure and privilege working in partnership with Walter Hess for many years. When he was the head of one of the largest business travel agencies based in Atlanta he managed all travel for my two companies--Destination Atlanta and Hobson Barnes and Associates. For Destination, his company managed extensive and complex air travel arrangements for attendees (average 8-15,000) traveling to trade shows we ran in Atlanta, Dallas and LA. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee is $25 per hour for bookkeeping. Other consultation is based on an as agreed fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to have a telephone discussion with a new customer to identify their needs and discuss how I may help them. The initial consultation is complimentary. Fees are agreed on and we agree on how to implement a plan of action to proceed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
