- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based on the Appliance blue book which is the industry standard pricing guide for all appliance repairs and Installations. It cost 127.50 for a complete diagnosis which points to exactly what's wrong with your equipment, the labor and part cost for the service for residential equipment. If no repair is completed a full diagnosis will be completed. There is a 85.00 service call fee which is due up front if the repair is decided upon. It cost 185.50 for a complete diagnosis which points to exactly what's wrong with your equipment, the labor and part cost for the service for commercial equipment. There is a 127.50 service call fee for commercial equipment.

If we are selected to service your home we will give you a call or leave you a message to schedule your appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are factory trained with over 5 years of experience repairing washers, dryers, stoves, ovens, garbage disposals, microwaves, dishwashers, refrigerators and other household appliances and Commercial appliances.
