Chef Dena and team did an excellent job catering to an event at the house. She was able to provide sound recommendations on choices in the menu and the food was liked by everyone at the party. Would recommend to friends and use in-joy catering again for future events.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I like to cater to the specific needs of my customers. However I do have a standard dinner pricing. "One entree two sides, salad and dinner and beverage for starting as low as $15.00pp with a party of 30 or more. Price is subject to change depending upon the entree and service chosen.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    My process; 1st. I send out an email with my suggestions based on info giving by my client. 2nd Schedule a free 30 min phone consultation. 3rd. We do a face to face mtg. for tasting if requested and/or I prepare and send out invoice with contract for deposit.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have been certified in Food and safety for over 20yrs. I also hold certificates of completion for Nutrition in the following areas "Safe food preparation & handling", "The USDA food program and meal planning", Preventing Food Borne Illness", "Food Allergies in early care settings"
