- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to cater to the specific needs of my customers. However I do have a standard dinner pricing. "One entrée two sides, salad and dinner and beverage "Bronze Full-Service Buffet Package" starting as low as $25.00pp with a party of 30 or more. Price is subject to change depending upon the entrée and service chosen.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process; 1st. I send out our menu and packages for your review. 2nd Schedule a free 30 min phone, zoom consultation or by email. 3rd. Next schedule a tasting if requested. Then I prepare and send out invoice with contract for deposit to secure your our services for your date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been certified in Food and safety for over 25yrs. I also hold certificates of completion for Nutrition in the following areas "Safe food preparation & handling", "The USDA food program and meal planning", Preventing Food Borne Illness", "Food Allergies in early care settings"
